Dear Future Mindful Parenting Coach,

If you’ve ever thought, “Who am I to teach or coach other parents?”—you’re not alone. Almost every great parent coach I know has had that same thought. I certainly did.

Here’s the truth: you don’t have to be a “perfect” parent (spoiler: they don’t exist) or have all the answers. What matters is that you’re committed to your own growth, willing to show up authentically, and ready to hold space for others to do the same.

For New & Experienced Coaches Alike

Right now, I’m taking applicants for the  Mindful Parenting Teacher Certification (MPTT) program, which helps people brand new to coaching as well as people who are already coaching.

If you’re brand new to coaching, this training will give you a complete framework so you’re not piecing things together on your own.

If you’re already coaching, you know how valuable it is to have a proven curriculum behind you—a structure that supports your sessions, gives clients a clear path forward, and deepens the impact of your work. This program also gives you a recognized certification in mindful parenting, adding credibility and a unique specialty to your practice.

The Journey: What You’ll Experience

1. Structured Learning with Heart:

The MPTT program includes a step-by-step curriculum, a teacher’s manual, and live coaching sessions so you’re never left wondering what to teach or how to teach it. Each week brings live sessions and coaching with me, the founder of the program. These are your invitations to deepen your own practice. It’s one thing to know the theory; it's another to feel it, to live it, and to hold space for others to do the same.

2. Practice & Feedback

You’ll teach practice segments, get feedback, and refine your approach until it feels natural. Confidence comes from doing—not just thinking about doing. You’ll receive a manual—like a companion—that both grounds you and opens you. It gives language when you’re lost, tools to navigate triggers, and ways to illustrate what comes alive when we do this work from the inside out.

3. A Supportive Community

You’ll be part of a group of like-minded people who get what it’s like to be in the messy middle of learning, teaching, and parenting at the same time. Teaching can feel both sacred and isolating. A membership group of fellow teachers-in-training becomes your mirror, your sounding board, and your refuge. Practice your reflections, receive feedback, and build resilience in shared moments of absence and awareness.

4. Certification & Beyond

Once you complete the practicum, you’ll have a recognized certification—and the skills, resources, and confidence to start teaching right away, or fold it seamlessly into your existing coaching business or start a new one. Certification is not just a checkbox though—it’s an opportunity to continue to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and step fully into your teacher-self.

A Personal Note

That little voice in your head that says, “I’m not ready”? You don’t have to silence it—you just don’t let it make the decisions. The parents you’ll serve aren’t looking for perfection; they’re looking for someone real, someone who has walked the path ahead of them and is willing to walk alongside them now.

If you feel the pull to do this work—whether you’re stepping into coaching for the first time or adding a new dimension to your existing practice—I encourage you to take the next step. The world needs more grounded, compassionate guides for parents—and there’s room for your voice.
